More information

“In our glorious future, we will be able to manipulate frequencies and waves as easily as changing key on the piano” Pär Bonk Jr. 1942

Bonk Gnagg technology enabled trans-rippling across the frequency spectrum. Bonk envisioned turning x-rays into sound, infrared energy into gravity and brainwaves into money.

The first Gnagg prototype GBP-39(a) was designed and built at the Bonk laboratories on Hogland, but was captured by Soviet troops when they invaded the Finnish island in November 1939. GBP-39(b) was eventually reconstructed at the Aaltolaakso testing ground near Loviisa. In the post-war years, Bonk’s team of electrical engineers were able to miniaturise many of the prototype’s components, and the invention of the transistor in 1947 was the breakthrough that lead to the astounding Gnagg 45, launched in the USA in 1948.
