Swedish Art Glass – Autumn Edition

At this autumn's themed auction, Swedish Art Glass, Bukowskis presents a curated selection of art glass by some of Sweden's most sought-after glass designers. Explore a range of selected rarities from the 20th century and onwards. The collection includes early graal glass by Simon Gate and Edward Hald for Orrefors, as well as a selection of 1950s glass by Vicke Lindstrand for Kosta and ariel vases by Edvin Öhrström for Orrefors. Among the highlights is also a cut and blasted vase by Sven-Erik Skawonius, of a similar model of the one that was displayed at the Swedish pavilion at the World’s Fair in Brussels in 1935. Additionally, there are several unique sand-cast sculptures by Bertil Vallien and imaginative, unique sculptures by Kjell Engman.
