Einar Lynge-Ahlberg var en konkret målare och keramiker, utbildad hos Otte Sköld i Stockholm samt hos Bizzie Höyer i Köpenhamn och under många studieresor i Europa. Han ställde ut med konstnärsgruppen Blandningen som bildades 1938 samt senare i gruppen Konkretisterna.

Separat debuterade Einar Lynge-Ahlberg i Malmö 1945. Han arbetade även som formgivare på Rörstrand 1954-1957. Hans keramikföremål från den tiden är unika och arkitektoniska föremål i stengods som rörformiga eller tresidiga vaser, dekorerade med enkla ornament.

Representerad vid Nationalmuseum och Moderna museet i Stockholm, Malmö museum samt med keramik i Faenza museum i Italien.
