Stig (Slas) Claesson (1928-2008)

Stig Slas Claeson föddes 1928 i Huddinge, konstnär, författare och illustratör. Studerade på Konstakademien 1947-1952. Han har en karaktäristisk stil med lätta snabba penndrag. Slas var urtypen av Söderkisen, samtidigt berest med influenser från omvärlden men även den svenska landsbygden. Vid mitten av 1990-talet bosatte han sig i sin mors barndomshem söder om Ulricehamn i Sjuhäradsbygden.
