Our Valuation Services
You can easily book a home valuation by contacting our valuers and specialists directly by telephone or email. We offer valuations across the Nordic region – at a time and place convenient to you.
We offer valuation and sale of entire households, associated contents and individual items such as art, design, works of art, jewellery, watches and carpets. To ensure secure and professional handling, we collaborate with leading estate agents where required.
Bukowskis has extensive experience in selling significant collections of art and antiques. Our specialists ensure a tailored and professional sales process for a successful outcome. Sell your collection where collections are sold.
From Valuation to Sale
Following the valuation, you decide whether to proceed with a sale. The items are assigned a starting bid and an accept price. The starting bid is a market-adapted pre-auction valuation and guidance for buyers; the accept price is the minimum price that the seller is willing to accept. We assist with photography and placement to maximise exposure across our sales channels in order to achieve the highest possible price.
Should an item, against expectations, remain unsold, there are no charges for the valuation, cataloguing, photography, or related services.
