Rolex and Patek Philippe most sought-after

Bukowskis' acclaimed watch auction Important Timepieces included 100 collector's watches, a wide range of vintage and modern classics from the most sought-after watch producers such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega and Heuer.

– It's fun to see that the interest in collector watches is still strong, and the auction's fine results show that the offer is exactly right in time, says Carl Palmegren, Head Specialist watches.

The auction's many top lots included a Patek Philippe, Nautilus, which with a final price of 539,999 SEK became the auction's most expensive watch sold. Additional highlights in this spring's auction were a Patek Philippe, Aquanaut, "Geneva Seal", which sold for 477,750 SEK, a Rolex, Sea-Dweller, "Double Red Mark IV", which sold for SEK 294,000 and a Rolex, GMT Master II, which also sold for SEK 294,00.

The strong result shows that Bukowskis reaches an international audience and has a range that attracts buyers and sellers at the absolute highest level.
