The currency in which fees are paid is decided by where an item has been accepted for selling. Items that have been received in Sweden are valued, sold and paid for in Swedish Crowns (SEK). All additional fees for such items are in Swedish Crowns (SEK). Items that have been received in Finland are valued, sold and paid for in Euro (€). All additional fees for such items are in Euro (€). “Bukowskis” shall hereafter refer to Bukowski Auktioner AB in case of agreement regarding items received in Sweden for selling and to Bukowski Oy Ab in case of agreement regarding items received in Finland for selling.

1. ONLINE AUCTIONS

1.1 Commissions

Seller commission
The seller is charged a sales commission of 17.5 % including VAT on the hammer price.

Buyer commission
The buyer is charged a commission of 25 % including VAT on the hammer price. The administration fee is 5€/50SEK including VAT.

1.2 Droit de Suite/Resale right
In cases where Bukowskis is under law bound to pay a third party this fee, Bukowskis Market reserves the right to charge the buyer the amount of the resale right. The fee is based on the hammer price with an additional percentage as stated below. Exchange from EUR to SEK will be made according to the current exchange rate:
• 5 % up to 50 000 EUR
• 3 % between 50 001 and 200 000 EUR
• 1 % between 200 001 and 350 000 EUR
• 0.5 % between 350 001 and 500 000 EUR
• 0.25 % over 500 000 EUR
• The fee cannot be higher than 12 500 EUR In Finland 10 % VAT is added to the fee. For more information regarding these laws, please review http://www.bus.se for Swedish regulations and http://www.kuvasto.fi for Finnish regulations.

1.3 Insurance fee
Bukowskis charges an insurance fee of 1.25% including VAT on the hammer price.

1.4 Other additional fees
If a seller chooses to withdraw from the sales assignment, a fee of 50€/500SEK including VAT will be charged. If the item is not collected in accordance to the terms and condition, Bukowskis is entitled to charge a storage fee of 5€/50SEK including VAT per day. Photo-fee is 170SEK/17€ including VAT.

2. LIVE AUCTIONS

2.1 Commissions

The seller is charged a sales commission of 17.5 % including VAT on the hammer price. The buyer is charged a commission of 25 % including VAT on the hammer price. If the hammer price exceed 10 million (10 000 000) SEK/1MEUR, a purchase commission of 18.75 % including VAT on the exceeding amount will be charged.

2.2 Droit de Suite / Resale right
The fee is charged in the same way as for online auctions, se section 1.1.

2.3 Insurance fee
Bukowskis charges an insurance fee of 1.25 % (including VAT) on the hammer price from the seller.

2.4 Other additional fees
If the Item is not collected in accordance to the terms and condition, Bukowskis is entitled to charge a storage fee of 5€/50SEK including VAT per day. Photo-fee is minimum 35€/350SEK including VAT.
