Seller commission
The seller is charged a sales commission of 17.5 % (Finland 17,7 %) including VAT on the hammer price.

Buyer commission
The buyer is charged a commission of 25 % (Finland 25,3 %) including VAT on the hammer price. The administration fee is 8 €/80 SEK including VAT.

In cases where Bukowskis is under law bound to pay a third party this fee, Bukowskis Market reserves the right to charge the buyer the amount of the resale right. The fee is based on the hammer price with an additional percentage as stated below. Exchange from EUR to SEK will be made according to the current exchange rate:

• 5 % up to 50 000 EUR
• 3 % between 50 001 and 200 000 EUR
• 1 % between 200 001 and 350 000 EUR
• 0.5 % between 350 001 and 500 000 EUR
• 0.25 % over 500 000 EUR

The fee cannot be higher than 12 500 EUR In Finland 10 % VAT is added to the fee. For more information regarding these laws, please review http://www.bus.se for Swedish regulations and http://www.kuvasto.fi for Finnish regulations.

Bukowskis charges an insurance fee of 1.95% including VAT on the hammer price.

If a seller chooses to withdraw from the sales assignment, a fee of 50€/500SEK including VAT will be charged. If the item is not collected in accordance to the terms and condition, Bukowskis is entitled to charge a storage fee of 5,06€/50SEK including VAT per day. Photo-fee is 170SEK/17,21€ including VAT.

If the hammer price exceed 10 million (10 000 000) SEK/1MEUR, a purchase commission of 18.75 % including VAT on the exceeding amount will be charged.

The fee is charged in the same way as for online auctions, se section 1.1.
