Art
The 2026 spring season at Bukowskis has been marked by strong results in contemporary, modern and classic art. Among the highlights is Anders Zorn’s "Hämta vatten", which sold for 15.5 million SEK and thus became the highest-priced Swedish work sold at auction in Sweden this season. Scandinavian Beauty II by Andy Warhol also stands out as one of the season’s most notable international sales. The season also included million-krona sales of works by August Strindberg, Joachim Beuckelaer, Einar Jolin, Nils von Dardel and Fernand Léger, alongside new world records for Ulla Wiggen and Britta Marakatt-Labba.
