With engraved coat of arms of Per Nilsson Silfversparre (1613-71) och Magdalena von Scheiding with baron crown (dead before 1694), married 1640. The family of von Scheiding made baron in 1653. With initials "P S S" (Per SilfverSparre) resp. "M V S" (Magdalena Von Scheiding). Thus the waffle iron was made between 1653 and 1671. Total length 90, diam 16 cm.

Provenance

Per Nilsson Silfversparre (1613-71) and Magdalena von Scheiding (dead before 6 juni 1694), Kullebo, Näshults socken, Östra härad, Småland.

Per, (son av Nils Persson Silfversparre, tab 47), till Kullebo i Näshults socken, Jönköpings län och Flishult i Näsby socken, Jönköpings län, Flöxhult i Älghults socken, Kronobergs län, Axebo i Fagerhults socken, Kalmar län mm. Född 1613-10-24 på Kullebo. Major. Död 1671-04-22 och begraven i Näshults kyrka, där hans vapen med inskrift finnes. Gift med Magdalena von Scheiding, död före 1694-06-06, dotter av guvernören Otto von Scheiding, och Margareta von Masenbach.
