Cylindrical, standing on three ball feet with fruit decor, a curved handle with a ball-shaped thumb grip, on the lid engraved coat of arms of the Ribbing family surrounded by acanthus leaves. Engraved on the side initials and a date 22/4 1855. Height 19.5 cm. Weight approx. 1429 g.

The initials MS TR may possibly refer to Ture Turesson Ribbing (1654-1697) and Countess Maria Eriksdotter Stenbock af Bogesund (?. - 1698).
