Morten Løbner Espersen is a Danish ceramist active in Copenhagen. He was educated at the Danmarks Design School, Copenhagen from 1987 to 1992 and at the École Supérieure des Arts Appliqués, Duperré, Paris from 1989 to 1990. He has chosen to work with various types of vessels that can vary greatly in expression, from strict cylinders to powerfully organic amorphous pieces. Morten Løbner Espersen has had a large number of solo exhibitions and participated in group exhibitions both in Denmark and internationally, and is well represented in museums around the world.
