A pair of Gustavian pewter candlesticks, mark of Johan Gustaf Rydman, Stockholm 1785.
Fluted shafts on a round base, decorated with a bead border. Detachable candle drip cups. The base is inscribed with the text: "Blifwe hwar och en mästare i egen konst och ei klåpare i annans". Height 19 cm.
Wear due to age and use. Dents. Repairs.
