A Gustavian two-branch giltwood girandole mirror, Stockholm, late 18th century.

Gilded and bronzed. Oval frame with decoration of bead and smooth surfaces, crowned with a ribbon bow. Light arms of brass. Mercury-gilded mirror glass. Height 55.5, width 39 cm.

Partially removed earlier gilding. Later hanging loop. Minor cracks. Light arm with small dents and tin repairs.
