This catalogue number is part of the unique series "Louise Bourgeois". The photo suite was shot in 1995 and 1998 when Johansson met Bourgeois in her home in Manhattan and when he photographed in her studio in Brooklyn, New York. The portrait series has been shown at Galleri Lars Bohman, Stockholm, in 1998 and at Malmö Konsthall the very same year. It was also shown at Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Humlebaeck Denmark, in 2003. Johanssons photographs of Borgeois is included in the collections of Moderna Museet, Stockholm, and Louisiana and also Sammlung Hauser und Wirth, Zürich.
