Provenance
The photo in the medallion depicts Hans Birger Hammar (1862-1949). He was a parish priest in Munka-Ljungby and Ängelholm and authored several books during his lifetime, including a biography of his father of the same name. The former archbishop KG Hammar (b. 1943) is the grandson of August Hammar, Hans Birger Hammar's brother.
