Copy after Jacob Petit for Kaiser Wilhelm I. Inscription to the base: “Schreibzeug Sr. Maj. d. Kaiser's Wilhelm I. Original-Copie. Gesetzlich geschützt” and with a blue “Meissen” mark within an oval above a star.
