A porcelain potpourri urn with reticulated cover, late 19th century.

Of baluster shape with a domed reticulated cover crowned by a flower arrangement. Double handles in the form of naturalisticly shaped branches decorated with sculpted flowers and fruits. Motif featuring a loving couple in a romantic landscape to one side, the other side with a motif featuring flowers. Richly deocrated with flower garlands, a putto at one handle and a flower maiden to the base. Height c. 62 cm.

Chips. One handle restored. Parts missing.
