A young lady, dressed in an antique-style white gown with her right breast bare, sits on a volute bench above rocky terrain. A purple cloth patterned with polychrome flowers rests in her lap. She embraces a seated, sleeping child to her left and a boy standing with an apple to her right. Polychrome painting with gold trim.
Underglaze blue factory mark. Inscribed S168. Designed by Emmerich Andresen. Height 40 cm. Width c. 38 cm.

Not first quality. Crack to the base, probably from firing.
