A TAPESTRY, tapestry weave, ca 70,5 x 147,5 cm, Wissa Wassef's weaving school in Haranya outside Cairo.
Bought with the help of the Botanical Professor Vivi Täckholm in 1968. A blue green melange ground with a polychrome scene with Jesus' entry into Jerusalem.
Slightly faded. Insignificant wear and dirt.
