Contemporary blindstamped pigskin, red edges, red letterpiece to spine. Binding somewhat worn and soiled, lacking one clasp, faint marginal waterstaining, two leaves of the index with a minute hole affecting a few letters, lower corner of second last leaf torn with some loss of text (leaf neatly repaired).
