Later red straight-grained morocco gilt, marbled endleaves, all edges gilt, spine darkened, insignificant wear. Armorial supralibros of John Warde of Squerryes (1721-1775) in gilt on front cover. A loosely inserted catalogue clipping attributes the binding to Roger Payne (1739-1797).
