Contemporary full calf, worn, slight damage to spine, some slight foxing and staining, mainly confined to margins, leaf 3H4 torn from top through 7 lines of text but without loss. Inscription neatly erased fom title, ownership inscription and number in ink by E. H. Pihl on front pastedown.

Collijn col. 1016. Warmholtz 3472. Almost the entire edition was seized by the authorities after protests hade been submitted by the Russian and Danish envoys.
