A probably late 18th Century Finnish folkart long pile ryijy-rug. Circa 170 x 140 cm.
the so-called Längelmäki ryijy-ryg. In the centre is a wheel and a wavy ribbon. The inner border is decorated with hearts and triangles.
Wear due to age and use. Damages. Partially reinforced and repaired. Missing pile in places.
