Samppa Törmälehto is an artist born in Rauma in 1977. In his art the viewer's attention is drawn to the work through humour, colours and storytelling. Törmälehto takes visual cues for his works from street art, pop culture as well as art history. His works can be found in a number of notable Finnish collections, such as Tampere Art Museum, Saastamoinen Foundation and the Sara Hildén Art Museum.
