Gilt interior. Raised on three gilt round feet. Handle decorated with gilt flower and leaf motif. An engraved floral wreath encircles engraved owner initials on the hinged lid. Total height including the thumbpiece 19.5 cm. Weight 1108 g.
Wear due to age and use. Gilding partially lacquered. Later engraving 1902.
