Bamse Kragh-Jacobsen (Hans Bernhardt Kragh-Jacobsen) var en dansk målare, jazzpianist och restauratör.
Han studerade 1933 i Berlin på Reimann-Schule för Konst och Design. Han målade sin första non-figurativa målning 1940 och debuterade på Kunstnernes Efterårsudstilling 1945. Två år senare var han medgrundare av Linien II och utförde rena konkreta verk, bland annat Hommage à Piet Mondrian (1947, Esbjerg Art Museum). Senare följde målningar i starka färger med cirklar och linjer som motiv. Som resturangägare drev han i Köpenhamn Tokanten från 1945 och Vingården 1956-79.
