Greta-Lisa Jäderholm-Snellman organized several lighting exhibitions at her home in Helsinki between 1952 and 1965. She designed lamps in brass, ceramics, or glass. The brass and pewter parts were made by the company Taitetakomo Hakkarainen.
In the design of the shades, he used Tramex, a combination of paper and textiles. This is an old Florentine technique that Jäderholm-Snellman had learned on her visits to Italy in the early 1950s.
Wear due to age and use. Dents on the base. The general impression is good. Electrical function not tested.
