Signed on a "PLAYBILL" programme from The Booth Theatre issued in 1980, as well as on a delivery note, the autograph on the programme measures approximately 7.3x4.5 cm, the programme measures 14.5x23 cm, the autograph on the delivery note measures approximately 7.1x5.5 cm, the delivery note measures 20.8x10.5 cm.
The programme with tears on the back. Discolourations in the form of yellow-toned spots scattered across the front and back. The front with a fold crease to the left of the autograph. The accompanying slip with nicks on the edge. Hole. Stain. Minor creases over the autograph.
