Two baluster-shaped vases, Canton, decorated in enamel colours with motifs of figure scenes and flowers. Height 23-25 cm. Trumpet vase decorated in Famille Rose with so-called Mandarin decoration, figure scenes, Qianlong (1736-95), height 19 cm. Two cups, Canton, decorated in gilding and enamel colours with motifs of birds and butterflies, height 7.5 cm.

Trumpet vase with chips. The largest vase with crazings and wear. Smaller Canton vase polished rim and chips/retouching.

Provenance

Property of a private Swedish collector, long term member of the Swedish Oriental Ceramics Society who started to collect in the early 1980's.
