A Chinese famille rose vase, 20th century.
Globular shape with a slender neck with a flared rim, straight footrim. Richly decorated in the famille rose palette with a scene featuring the Eight Immortals in a garden, above them a ruyi border with chrysanthemum flowers, and the neck decorated with lotus flowers and foliage against a turquoise ground. Iron red Qianlong mark to base but later. Height 34 cm.
Interior with minor firing crack at the footrim.
