Not framed. A bit yellowed.
Also known as Inagaki Toshijiro (稲垣稔二郎), he primarily worked with katazome, a type of stencil work that was used in textiles to create repeating patterns. Inagaki began his career in textiles but later adapted the technique to prints on paper. His works are now represented in various collections, including the Art Institute of Chicago and the Kyoto City Kyocera Museum of Art.
