The oceans on the earth phase are coated with UV ink that glows blue under UV light, creating a mesmerizing, otherworldly effect. To emphasize the enchanting view of the Moon facing the Earth, the craters of the Moon have been created using digital printing. The moon phase indicator features two oversized moons which glow white in the dark thanks to Super-LumiNova®, adding a touch of lunar charm. Evoking the stark beauty of the Moon’s surface, the dial has a grainy gray texture while the battery cover features an image of the Moon and the footprint of Neil Armstrong–the first man to set foot there, reminding us of the wonders of space exploration.
