Comprising:
Two fans, painted paper and bamboo, length c. 27 cm.
Two dolls, length c. 16 cm.
A pair of slippers in bast and rubber, "Sakura", Japan, length 18.5 cm.
Tassel with weights in polychrome cloisonné, the weights measuring 3.5 cm.
Cord with tassel, length c. 40 cm.
Pipe, bamboo and stone, length 30 cm.

Sold as is.

Provenance

From the Collection of Ove Christian Lunn, Danish Diplomat and Consul General for Denmark in Shanghai 1928-1935. Lunn had an exciting diplomatic career and was posted 1910-18 in Oslo, 1918-24 in San Francisco, 1924-28 Melbourne and then finally Shanghai 1928-35. Thence by descent within the familiy.
