Barry Mason (1947 - ) is a marine painter and active in the United Kingdom today.
He was born in Seaton, Devon, and spent his formative years studying painting at Exeter College of Art before transitioning to professional marine painting.
Mason's subjects include the mighty clipper ships of the 19th century racing on the open sea, naval battles, lively scenes on the Thames, as well as brigs and fishing boats.
Barry Mason has exhibited at the Royal Society of Marine Artists in London and has had solo exhibitions both in London and Stockholm.
