Joe Zucker (USA, 1941–2024) var en amerikansk konstnär som arbetade med måleri och objektbaserad konst. Han föddes i Chicago och tog examen från School of the Art Institute of Chicago 1964. Zucker blev känd för sin ovanliga användning av material som bomull, gips, socker och plast, som han ofta byggde in direkt i sina målningar.
Hans konst utvecklades i dialog med postminimalism och konceptkonst, men hade samtidigt ett tydligt fokus på själva materialet och det fysiska i skapandeprocessen. Han var intresserad av hur själva tillverkningen av ett verk påverkar dess innehåll och uttryck.
Teman som Zucker ofta återkom till var amerikansk historia, hantverk och olika industriella processer. Under sin karriär ställde han ut på flera stora museer, bland annat Whitney Museum of American Art, The Museum of Modern Art i New York och The Art Institute of Chicago. Hans verk finns idag i flera större amerikanska museisamlingar, däribland Whitney Museum of American Art, The Art Institute of Chicago, Parrish Art Museum, Brooklyn Museum och Smithsonian American Art Museum i Washington D.C.
