Madeleine Pyk är bildkonstnär och författare född i Stockholm 1934. Hon målar i en naivistisk stil och använder ofta starka färger. Hennes motivkrets inbegrips av landskap, stilleben och porträtt. Hon har studerat vid Konstfack och Konstakademien, finns representerad på Moderna Museet, Stockholms Stads samlingar och Norrköpings Museum. I Pyks motiv finns en stark längtan efter det idylliska. Hon skildrar heta sommarbilder och isande vintervyer. Hon fångar katter och tigrars väsen, färgar trädgårdar med glädje och fyller Stockholm med ottomanska och franska influenser.
