Delima Medeiros, född 1935 i Recife, Brasilien, var en målare och grafiker verksam både i Europa och Brasilien. Han utbildade sig vid konstskolan vid Federal University of Pernambuco och fick 1960 ett franskt statligt stipendium som tog honom till Paris och vidare till andra delar av Europa, där han studerade och ställde ut under två decennier.
Hans konstnärskap rörde sig mellan abstraktion och figurativt måleri, ofta med organiska former och en stark känsla för färg och komposition.
Delima återvände till Brasilien på 1980-talet och var verksam i Rio de Janeiro och Olinda. Han deltog i flera viktiga internationella utställningar, inklusive São Paulo-biennalen och Venedigbiennalen. Utöver sitt konstnärskap var han även engagerad i konstpedagogik och kulturfrämjande projekt fram till sin död 2022.
