A rococo parquetry secretaire by S. Floberg (master in Stockholm 1749-72).
Veneered with walnut and amaranth. Inlays in squares and fields. Fittings of gilded brass. Foldable flap with a writing compartment and small drawers, beneath which are larger drawers. Signed SFB and marked twice with the cabinetmaker's stamp. Length 102, width 51, height 106.5 cm.
Damage and minor losses. Two loose lock cases are included. One drawer (the second from the bottom) cannot be opened. Keys included.
