Black lacquered cabinet with two doors and an interior fitted with drawers, along with three larger drawers beneath the doors. Decorated overall in gold against black, with silver-coloured fittings. One door featuring a landscape with a waterfall and pine trees against Mount Fuji, the other door depicting a bird of prey with its catch in a pine. The snow-covered peak of Mount Fuji is inlaid with silver. The interior of the cabinet is decorated with motifs of cranes. Width 36 x 19, height 34 cm.

Later leg structure, black with bronzed details, 40 x 23, height 75 cm.

Cracks due to dryness of the material. Some wear and partly some loss of lacquer. loose parts of corner mounts included.
