Namnet SIMO existerade endast mellan 1947-1959. Bland dem som ritade/designade för dem var möbelarkitekten Bent Möller Jepsen. Han började formge möbler åt sin far Simon Terpager Jepsen som drev firman. 1959 bytte fabriken namn till Sitmo numera finns tillverkaren under namnet RAVN.
