Provenance

Byrån kommer från Hargs Bruk i Uppland (Familjen Beck-Friis).
Den medfördes av Johan Beck-Friis, yngre bror till dåvarande fidekommissarien, när han gifte sig med Anna Adelswärd från Åtvidaberg år 1886.
De slog sig ner på Söderö, som tillhört Baroniet Adelswärd. Parets dotter Elisabeth gifte sig med Knut Lewenhaupt, fidekommissarie på Geddeholm utanför Västerås och byrån följde med henne dit. Därefter i arv till nuvarande ägare.
