A CARPET, an old Qum part silk figural, ca 278-283,5 x 168,5-171,5 cm (as well as 1 and 2 cm flat weave at the ends).
A dark blue ground with a polychrome hunting motive with horsemen on horses, deer, predators, flowers and blooming trees. A yellow main border with deer and trees. A possibly later inscription in the inner secondary border.
Abrashes. Little wear, slightly dirty, stains, an insignificant repair.
