An Imperial Russian dragoon helmet, 1910s.
For enlisted men of the Finland dragoon regiment (stationed in Villmanstrand). Black leather skull with metal fittings, chin scales and the double-headed eagle. Crest of bearskin or horse-hair. The right side with a white, orange and black cockade disc. Fabric lining with maker's stamp and the year 1910. Height 28 cm.
Wear and a few defects due to age and use.
