It is stated that "After due consideration, it is the opinion of Mark Tobey Project that the above-described work is a work of Mark Tobey. The authenticity of the signature is doubtful and may not be by the hand of Mark Tobey, but by a third party." Signed by Achim Moeller, Managin Principal.
