The tin box is marked 'The Aerial Kit. Dimensions 42.6 x 29 x 5.5 cm. Gross Volume 6.8 litres. Weight 3.9 kg. Edition of 55 copies + 5 A.P. Seriel No. 19. Vavd editions Stockholm Sweden 1984-89'.

The Aerial Kit was a project by VAVD Editions, an interdisciplinary collective of artists, curators and researchers. The production team included Peter Andersson (b. 1957), Lars Svensson (b. 1957), Måns Wrange (b. 1961), Pål Wrange (b. 1957), Roland Zinders (1953-2016), and several others.

VAVD Editions var en tvärdisciplinär grupp bestående av konstnärer, kuratorer och researchers. The Aerial Kit var ett projekt där gruppen efterforskade en mängd historier och perspektiv av existentiell, visionär och subversiv art. I arbetet med projektet deltog Peter Andersson (f. 1957), Lars Svensson (f. 1957), Måns Wrange (f. 1961), Pål Wrange (f. 1957), Roland Zinders (1953-2016) samt flera andra bidragsgivare.
