Some wear, mostly to gold decor. Minor stains. Small chips to footrim to some pieces.

Gert Heinz Uwe Klötzke, född 1944, är kock och adjungerad proffessor i gastronomi vid Restauranghögskolan vid Umeå Universitet. Han är tillsammans med Fredrik Eriksson kulinarisk rådgivare vid Nobelbanketten sedan 2002.
