Signed and dated 1919. Pigment photograph. Image area 16.5 x 16 cm.
An example of Goodwin's enthusiasm for experimenting with technical solutions for presenting images. Red-brown pigment, reversed, placed directly on the inside of the glass, silver silk fabric on the back.
The frame is newly made, similar to the original, new silk backing due to damage to the original framing.
Frame 24 x 24 cm.
