Hand-painted facial features, blonde hair with curls, dressed in a light blue ball gown, height 29 cm, original packaging and base with a metal pin, base height approximately 3.5 cm, diameter approximately 9 cm, accompanied by a Swedish student cap.

Face with two minor marks. Packaging slightly dented. Lid with damage to the paper.

Bild-Lilli was originally a cartoon character, created by Reinhardt Boythien for the newspaper Bild-Zeitung in 1952.
The production of the doll was started by Hausser Elastolin in Germany in 1955, and is the prototype for Barbie.
