A late Gustavian mirror, circa 1800.
Gilded, bronzed, and faux-painted. The crest with a decoration of gadrooning, beneath which is set a gouache with an antique motif. The frame with pearl bead borders, the lower part with gouache in Pompeian style. Height 107, width 49 cm.
Renovated. Later bronzing. Damages, repairs. The crown is somewhat loose.
